The main house is a comfortable two-story colonial-style furnish home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this vacation rental will comfortably sleep up to 7 persons with one king, one queen, one double and one with twin bunk beds. The basic, yet vacant maids quarters could accommodate up to 2 more persons, check the extra person fee in the pricing below. This property also has a 2 bedroom bungalow for larger groups that wish to stay on the same property. Children welcome.

From recent renters: "This house is a wonderful family home - large, warm, beautifully furnished and clearly cared for. Hilda looks after the house and whoever is staying with grace and discretion. The central areas of pool, hot tub, dining patio and family salon are located around a courtyard with all bedrooms leading off. We rented both the main house (master suite, three bedrooms with bathrooms, dining room, salon, kitchen) and the smaller house (two main bedrooms with bathroom and salon/kitchen) which is on the other side of the pool. The house, location, staff and ambiance all surpassed our expectations and we spent a lot of time enjoying being there together. It was delightful. We had a rental car and it took just a few minutes to get to the nearest supermarket/commercial centre and a further few minutes from there to the centre of Cuernavaca. We highly recommend this property for any family/group gathering - it really has the sense of a much loved family home and is looked after very well indeed." Everyone really enjoyed it and we are just disappointed that it had to end so quickly and we are now back in the freezing cold UK! The houses are fabulous ... Regarding this Cuernavaca property (in U.S. dollars): Rental rate $4,500usd monthly, $1,700usd weekly. Rate is for 7 persons. Each additional person $25 daily, $50 weekly, $100 monthly. Max occupancy of 10. Includes housekeeper 6 days a week with a required fee: 5% of your rental total plus 2% for each additional guest over 5 in number. Security deposit: $300 for monthly rentals, $200 for weekly or shorter term rentals. 50% deposit required to reserve, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
