Monthy rentals at $900usd, weekly rentals at $600usd. Maximum 3 persons. 50% deposit required to reserve, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Rate includes housekeeper 6 days a week with a required fee of 5% of your rental total.

Security deposit: $300 for monthly rentals, $200 for weekly or shorter term rentals.
