One 4-5 bedroom home is also located on the property and is for rent if you need something larger (Christmas holiday requires rental of both homes).

Housekeeper fee: a minumum of 5% will be added to your rental amount. 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Security deposit: $300 for monthly rentals, $200 for weekly or shorter term rentals.
