At Misión del Sol we take care not only of your body, but also of your mind and spirit, by creating new spaces and opportunities to learn in our varied activities such as conferences, seminars, and workshops lead by world known personalities such as: Dr. Deepak Chopra, PhD. Geshe Lobsang, Rizong Rimpoche, etc. Painting, sculpture, photography exhibits, concerts with musicians etc. All conducted by experts in their fields. These with the only purpose of enhancing self control, supported by other ancient techniques like: Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation to complement body health, science and human consciousness in an enviroment full of light and peace. Not all is about nourishing mind and spirit. At Misión del Sol we also take care of your body with different activities that will help to eliminate body toxins. We offer several sports options such as: Tennis, Spinning, Hiking, Gym, Volleyball, Basketball, and 3 nearby golf courses. We can also schedule horse backriding, rafting, parachuting, and other activities. Each of our rooms and villas are unique and designed to complement your stay, and of course, your rest. A removable magnet system has been installed in all beds to encourage energy flow. The resort is built of sun dried brick, quarry and wood.... all natural, ecological and biodegradable elements. All rooms were designed according to Feng-Shui principles. Our Villas can host up to 6 people, all with living room, dining room, meditation area, terrace and two complete bathrooms.
