We will make the arrangements and you will be given your driver's name and telephone number, in case of last minute change. Pick up and payment instructions will also be confirmed. Tipping your driver is optional, but appreciated.

For Terminal 1 arrivals, you will be met after you claim your luggage, clear customs, then enter into the main terminal. The driver will be there holding a sign with your name. There is more than one exit that your driver will need to monitor, and there is no way of him knowing which exit you will use. So, if you do not locate the driver after 15 minutes, the alternate meeting place will be in front of the "Freedom Bar", a well marked bar/restaurant in the international terminal. Many international passengers will exit into the terminal right in front of this restaurant.

For Terminal 2 arrivals, you will be met after you claim your luggage, clear customs, then enter into the main terminal. The driver will be there holding a sign with your name. Do NOT proceed to Terminal 1 (unless otherwise instructed)!

For domestic arrivals, ie. flights from within Mexico, please watch for your driver as you enter the domestic terminal from the secured area. The area is marked gate "A". The driver will be there holding a sign with your name.

Your driver will deliver you to your accommodations in Cuernavaca, when scheduling please let them know where this will be. Drivers prefer payments with U.S. cash and pesos but will accept other currencies.

Please note the pickup policy: Your driver will verify your arrival time with the airlines prior to departing from Cuernavaca for the Mexico City airport. If your flight number has been changed or cancelled, please notify your driver at least 4 hours in advance or there may be a $40 fee charged. Slight delays do not require notification as drivers will wait at the airport for up to 1 hour after your originally scheduled pickup time. If the driver waits more than 1 hour, there will be an additional charge of $10 per hour.
