This vacation home is located just minutes of Tulum (to the north) and the resort of Akumal (to the south), and Cancun's
international airport is 80 miles away.
The beautiful swimming pool winds through the living room and out to the Caribbean beach.
The villa's floor plan features two stories. First floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, open-air living room, and
spacious master bedroom with jacuzzi bathroom. Upstairs
are two more bedrooms, each with kitchenette and private bathroom and outdoor deck with hammock.
Bedrooms have ocean and beach views and are air
conditioned plus have ceiling fans. Family friendly, the rental includes high chair and crib, if needed. Accommodations
for up to 6 adults and 4 children. No smoking in the home please.
Your staff lives on the property, but will be considerate of your privacy. They will keep your home and pool tidy, they do have Sunday's off however.
Cooking and grocery shopping be arranged for additional compensation, just make your request directly to the staff.
Tankah Cenote is walking distance for swimming and snorkeling. Or dine, shop and make diving reservations in nearby Tankah.
Other close attractions include the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Muyil and Coba; Xel-Ha; swim with dolphins; Hidden Worlds
Cenotes; cave and cavern diving; as well as snorkeling and zip lining through the jungle. Punta Allen and the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve,
X'caret ecological park are also an easy drive.
