Regarding this property: Low season rates for 4 persons is $2000 per month, $1200 weekly. High season December 1 - March 31 is $2400, $1440 weekly. Plus approx. 17% tax, plus additional 3.8% if using credit card. Maximum 10 guests. Ask about daily/weekly rates. 50% deposit required to secure a reservation. There are no refunds once a reservation is confirmed. Twice a week cleaning included. Refundable security/phone deposit of $300.00. Cable TV/Wifi add $40/month.
