Plus approx. 17% tax, plus additional 3.8% if using credit card. Maximum 4 guests. Ask about daily/weekly rates. 50% deposit required to secure a reservation. There are no refunds once a reservation is confirmed. Twice a week cleaning included. Refundable security/phone deposit of $300.00. Cable TV/Wifi add $40/month.
